An introduction to Avalanche Transceivers - The Meadows, Edinburgh
This is a basic training course designed to introduce you to how an avalanche transceiver works and understanding the 'flux lines' emanated by a transceiver in search mode and how to follow these lines to rescue someone.
We will also show you how to use a probe and a shovel.

This dryland session will meet at Starbucks at Middle Meadow Walk close to the Meadows, Edinburgh.
The training session will last for 2 hours from 10am till approx' 12pm
